General provisions
- QR Space is a company that provides services for creating and hosting dynamic QR codes and the related websites. These terms govern the use of the services we offer. By using our services you agree to the terms set out below.
Payment terms
- After the offer is confirmed you will receive a pro-forma invoice for 50% of the agreed service amount. The order is processed once this payment is received.
- Once the service is completed you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount, payable within 14 days. If payment is not made, the QR code and website will be deactivated.
- The amount on the offer is one-off. Hosting is billed additionally at EUR 35 per year.
Copyright
- The content of the websites and QR codes we produce is protected by copyright. Users may only use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use without our consent is prohibited.
Protection of personal data
- QR Space is committed to protecting the confidentiality of users' personal data in accordance with applicable law. We collect personal data only for the purpose of providing our services and will not share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
Limitation of liability
- QR Space accepts no liability for damages arising from the use or non-availability of our services. All information on our websites is for informational purposes only; QR Space does not warrant its accuracy or completeness.

Responsibility
- The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. After the website is delivered, the client is responsible for reporting any errors, additions or corrections within 7 days of receipt.
Offer terms
Order and payment
- Upon confirmation of the offer, 50% of the pro-forma invoice must be paid. The order begins processing once this payment is received.
- The remaining amount is paid after completion of the service, with a 14-day payment term. In the event of non-payment, the website with the QR code is deactivated.
- The amount on the offer is one-off. Hosting is billed annually at EUR 20.
QR code updates
- The client is entitled to three QR code updates per year. Updates include minor changes that take our IT team no more than one hour of work.
- For additional updates beyond the three free changes per year, work is billed at an additional hourly rate of EUR 15 per hour.
- We commit to not generating unnecessary costs without the client's prior consent.
Rights and responsibilities
- QR Space reserves the right to change the offer without prior notice; however, the client will be notified of any material changes in good time.
- QR Space is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the QR code or the website linked to it.
- QR Space reserves the right to withdraw from the offer in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms by the client.
Validity of the offer
- The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed.
Governing law
- All disputes arising from the offer or services are subject to the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
